3D Group is looking to recruit an enthusiastic candidate that is willing to learn. You will be required to assist in the office covering a combination of duties which include general office administration, processing orders, taking orders, handling complaints and queries, answering the telephone, post, obtaining payments, returns to suppliers, claims and stationary.


The successful candidate will have the following skills:

*Previous similar experience
*Confident polite telephone manner with the ability to speak the phonetic alphabet
*Strong communication skills
*PC literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
*Excellent attention to detail skills
*Good English and Math’s skills
*Flexible between roles

*Knowledge of vehicles with the ability to identify manufacturers and models

*Very organized

The candidate will need to have the ability to work on their own initiative and also well within the team.

Hours: 42.5 per week.
