3D Autokeys are looking to recruit an enthusiastic candidate that is willing to learn. You will be required to assist in an office environment covering a combination of duties to include general office administration, diary management, organize operations for our technical staff and be able to communicate with customers via email and telephone.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

*Previous experience in telesales essential
*Confident polite telephone manner with the ability to speak the phonetic alphabet is essential
*Previous data entry experience essential
*Strong communication skills
*PC literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
*Excellent attention to detail skills
*Good English and Maths skills
*Flexible between roles

*Knowledge of vehicles with the ability to identify manufacturers and models preferred

*Very organised

The candidate will need to have the ability to work on their own initiative and also well within the team.

Hours: Monday - Friday 42.5 hours per week.
